On May 29th, 2025, the REBOUND project partners held their 3rd online coordination meeting to plan the next steps of the project — with a main focus on the development of the REBOUND Manual.
This key deliverable will be finalised by July 31st and translated into Greek, Italian, and Spanish.
The manual will build upon the Good Practices previously identified and will present:
- The purpose and goals of the manual
- The methodology used to select the Good Practices
- Insights into their transformation into a training model
- Practical recommendations for basketball clubs
A dedicated chapter will focus on Circular Economy in sports, including:
- What circular economy means in the athletic context
- How basketball clubs can manage waste more effectively
- Tools and expected outcomes such as environmental awareness
The manual will also include supporting resources (templates, posters, tracking tools) tailored for basketball clubs looking to embrace sustainable practices.
